天下父母心 (Tian Xia Fu Mu Xin) ,which can be translated into "The Love of Parents" is a modern Taiwanese drama shot and filmed in Taiwan.
Filming began in September 2009 and continues to this day. To date, there are already 220 episodes (and counting!!!). Amazing, isn't it? And it still continues to be one of the most popular dramas in Taiwan today!
What surprised me most since the first episode was not the amazing ability of the actors to speak fluent Taiwanese Hokkien, but the rich, captivating, and moving story-line in which the drama rides on. Ever since I started watching this drama, there hasn't been a day in which I have not spent a moment thinking about what would happen in the next episode.
